Mr. Maurice Donald Williams
graduated from the university of Sierra Leone, with an Executive (Masters in
Business Administration) degree, MBA.
He has served as Human Resource Consultant, part-time lecturer at the University of Sierra Leone and has also held a number of administrative positions in the University of Sierra Leone before joining the Commission. During his service at the University he held a number of positions including Senior Registrar, Academic Affairs, Head of Administration of one of the constitute Colleges of the University and Special Assistant to the Vice Chancellor. His consultancy services to
the private sector vehicles special Human Resource tasks, set-up services, and
